RFI Shielding designs
and manufactures a comprehensive range of electrically conductive
gasket materials, as well as shielded windows and EMI Vent
panels, to assist electronics manufacturers to comply with
global EMC standards.
Our business is about providing
EMI solutions, and using knowledge and experience of shielding
applications gained over decades we will work with you to
design the most cost effective technical resolution to your
EMC problems.
EMI gaskets range from simple knitted wire meshes and beryllium
copper finger contact strips, through to complex electrically
conductive elastomers such as our Supershield range of highly
conductive silicone rubbers, and Xyshield® our
form-in-place gasket solution. We also offer conductive adhesives
that combine good bond strength with low impedence electrical
contact between conductive substrates. And for applications
where a low closure force is desirable we can supply fabric
over foam EMI gaskets.
In addition to sealing products
RFI also produces shielded windows for protecting displays
against electromagnetic interference, and honeycomb vent panels
where ventilation is required without compromising the shielding
capability of an electronics enclosure. We offer shield cans
for board level shielding, and conductive coatings for plastic
housings.
