SHIELDING ADHESIVES  
These conductive adhesives are used primarily to secure gaskets or windows into position. They are unsuitable to form the electromagnetic seal themselves however.

C200 - Carbon loaded RTV silicone for retaining shielding strips. Soft and suitable to join silicones

S600 - Silver loaded RTV for connecting and butting shielding strips. Soft and suitable to join silicones

S100 - Silver loaded epoxy for permanent bond between conductive surfaces. Harder, but stronger, used to retain windows into position.

SHIELDING CR50 - Graphite gaskets  
Expanded graphite with centre nickel foil reinforcement. CR50 is a very high performance shield, at a very cost effective price. CR50 benefits from being able to crush into form required, but its limited elastic characteristics means it is not suitable for applications where repeatable open and closing of the product is employed.

Cast Windows  
Cast  shielded windows are constructed with integral mesh or conductive coated surface. Cast windows tend to be slightly lower in cost than Laminated windows but are not as optically efficient 

Laminated Windows  

Laminated windows give a clearer image than cast and are constructed, as the name suggests, from layers of polycarbonate or similar. 

The layers can be milled to create 'steps' that can be fitted into pre made slots.


Thin Polyester Windows  
Low cost shielding for window applications, The polyester is conductive on one face.

SHIELDING Fabshield EP  
This variation offers an environmental seal , not unlike the wire mesh MG, where half of the seal is dedicated to the electromagnetic shield using basic Fabshield, whilst the other half is given over to either a neoprene or silicone sponge that acts as an IP65 seal. This product is mainly used on door or panel seals where a flat surface and a 'knife-blade' like lid are brought together.
